About Us
Doug and Lorena Foster are husband and wife and partners in their real estate practice. Originally from Canada, they are 15 year residents of Bellingham and Whatcom County.
Lorena relocated from Vancouver, BC where she spent 12 years working in the financial brokerage and banking community. Lorena also has a brokerage and interior design background. Lorena's residential expertise is second to none. Lorena is caring and attentive to buyers and sellers alike. Lorena's is accomplished at staging, feng shui and presentation of properties, using the very best technology and design. Lorena has her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation as well as e-Pro and is licensed Broker.
Doug's early career, also in Vancouver BC, was in the technology industry where he built 3 high technology companies. Doug has an extensive real estate and business background including, sales and marketing, project management, investment and technology. Doug is an excellent negotiator and creative problem solver. Doug specializes in residential, multi-family, condominium projects, marketing management (large and small) new construction and luxury properties. Doug holds an e-Pro designation.
They have achieved numerous national and local awards including Realtor of the Quarter (2004 - as voted by 700 of our peers), Top Whatcom Real Estate Team for a National Brokerage, (2005), Chairmans Circle Gold Award ranking Doug and Lorena in the Top 2% of 60,000 agents of a Major National Brokerage. (2005). We have closed over $30 million in local real estate transactions in 2006 and 2007.

Hello!
We have spent the last 15 years living in the Edgemoor/Chuckanut area living our dreams of running, golfing, and boating throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our 2 daughters, ages 7 and 11 are passionate about their favorite NW activities including soccer, swimming, ballet and art.
